Executive Chairman / CEO
Adam is a PhD in Atomic Physics and startup veteran with over 25 years experience as CEO or CTO of 7 technology startups in Photonics, Lasers, Military, Web3 and Blockchain. Adam was the original founder of Cryptyk which was acquired by DocSafe LLC in Feb 2025. As Chairman and interim CEO he is responsible for overall strategy and execution.
Ven Viswanathan
Chief Operations Officer
Ven is a sales, finance, management, supply-chain and operations specialist with 20+ years of diverse experience across multiple industries including banking, defense, cannabis, marketing and food production. He is responsible for the day to day management of team projects and company finances.
Naveen Sydney
Web3AI Technical Advisor
Experienced full-stack coder who has built blockchain / AI tech for military, energy and enterprise over the last 10+ years. CTO at Cryptyk who built the original decentralized multi-cloud storage and tracking technology for B-B enterprise applications.
Dimitar Lee
Chief Technology Officer
Dimitar is a full-stack developer with a Masters in Software Engineering and over 6 years of experience building both back-end and front-end Web3 products. Dimitar is skilled in Solana smart contracts, React, Java, Python and many more languages. He has held CTO and lead developer roles for 5 major Web3 and blockchain projects.

As a financial expert Humza is a tokenomics and crypto strategy specialist ideally qualified to manage the Docubit ecosystem, partnerships and tokenomics. He is a certified practicing accountant (CPA) and has been involved in launching 2 crypto-currencies with one of them reaching a $1B market capitalization.
